2023 Round Up

As 2023 draws to a close, we thought it was appropriate that the last blog of the year was about us. 

We have worked tirelessly this year to make sure that our client’s complete their mortgage transactions on the very best interest rate. In some cases, this has meant we have changed our client’s mortgage deal 6 times! This was due to constantly decreasing interest rates in the last 6 months. 

We have continued to receive excellent feedback from our client satisfaction surveys and remain at ‘Ambassador’ level for another year. 

Our biggest announcement for 2023 is that our admin operation will no longer be in the Atkins Building. We have built a dedicated office space at our home address and will be running the business day to day from there. For those clients that would prefer an in person meeting, we are still able to book a meeting room in the Atkins Building. 

Our second biggest announcement is that Carys Parnell left the business today. We wish her all the best for the future.  

We will close the office for Christmas on Thursday 21st December 2023 and will re-open on Tuesday 2nd January 2024.
