Why would I need a self build mortgage?

Conventional mortgages are only available on houses that are already built. If you want to build your own home from the ground up, or make major changes or renovations to a property, you will need either a self build or major renovation mortgage. These projects are complex and require a great amount of due diligence. We will be on hand every step of the way.
